How to report an issue with a charger

The Matcha app gives you the ability to report an issue with a specific charger

We are actively monitoring all of the chargers in our network, but sometimes you catch something before us! The good news is the Matcha app gives you the ability to report an issue with a specific charger so we can get it back up and running ASAP.

Note: There are two ways you can get to the Charger Detail page to report an issue: 1) Scan the QR code at that charger, or 2) Click "Recent Chargers" and click on the specific charger at that location.

How to report an issue with a specific charger

  1. On the Charger Detail page, scroll to the bottom and click "Report a Problem"

  2. Complete the rest of the form, add a detailed description of the issue, upload any helpful pictures, and ➡️ click "Submit."

Tip: When logged in, your email and the Charger ID# will already be pre-filled out.
