How to unlock your account
Why❓ If you have unpaid bills due to failed payments, Matcha will attempt to contact you. If there is no response, the Matcha finance team may lock your account until all outstanding invoices are paid.
1. Click this link to view your overdue invoices
Click here to access the Matcha customer payment portal. Once logged in, make payment for all open invoices, and update your payment method, if needed.
2. Contact Matcha Support to confirm payment and unlock your account
After making payment, send an email to support@matchaelectric.com and note that you have made payment and you are requesting that your account is unlocked.
