Driver code of conduct

Here are a few very basic guidelines to keep in mind as we all work together to ensure a great charging experience

Welcome, Bienvenido, Benvenuto, Bem-vindo, Bienvenue, 欢迎, Chào mừng, خوش آمدید!

TLDR  ➡️  Be a nice neighbor & share.

As you've likely noticed by now: EV driving is a culture. Even more, it's a new culture with still evolving norms and habits, and it's up to us to create and uphold them.

With this in mind, here are a few very basic guidelines to keep in mind as we all work together to ensure a great charging experience.

🅿️ Free up the space

When you notice that your vehicle is done charging, make your best effort to move it as soon as possible so that the charger can be freed up for another driver, and you avoid idle fees.

🌀 Keep it clean

When you are finished charging, loop the cable back around the charger unit and put the plug in the holster. Help keep the spot free of any other debris, garbage, or obstacles.

⚠️ Report an issue

We promise we are doing our best to keep an eye on the system, but sometimes you notice things first. If there's an issue with a charger, let us know ASAP and we'll get to work on fixing it.

🙂 Lend a hand

If you see someone having trouble with a charger or a first-timer looking a bit lost, offer a helping hand if you can. Sharing tips or lending a bit of expertise builds a supportive community.
